About Skyline Properties

Skyline Properties started with one simple goal: to make flat ownership more affordable in Dhaka, where rising property prices have made buying a home difficult for many families. We wanted to create a more practical path for people who dream of owning a flat without taking on an unrealistic financial burden.

The company was informally founded in 2022, and our first project began in Namapara, Khilkhet, beside the 300 Feet Road area. That project marked the beginning of our journey, and it has since been successfully handed over to the buyers.

Building on that experience, we are now working on our next project in the same area, Lake View City. The land registration for the project has already been completed, and we are currently moving forward with the planning stage. As Skyline Properties grows, our focus remains the same: creating affordable, well-planned housing opportunities in locations with strong future potential.
